Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kaycoast! All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped! All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Domestic Shipping
We offer $7 flat rate shipping for domestic orders. Shipping is free with domestic purchases of $75 or more.
Please allow 1-3 business days once you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Local Pickup
Local to the South Florida area? Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Hollywood, FL. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email to schedule a pickup time when your order is ready along with directions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 1-3 weeks once you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kaycoast is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. You can also go to USPS.com to enter the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy

Please read and understand our Return Policy before making a purchase. Returns can only be given with store credit. Please contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

To be eligible for a return, you must ship back tagged and unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items MUST be returned in their *original condition. All sale, discounted items, and bodysuits are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Kaycoast does not provide shipping labels for returns and is not responsible for return shipping costs. The original invoice must be included in your return packages.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
